Great job installing clean out access, a back-up valve, and a riser to the property access on the water line. Angel gave a good explanation of what was needed and why, showed me the video from the camera, and offered options. The work was well done, followed by thorough clean-up. Excellent communication throughout and we really appreciated how quickly they came out for the emergency flood that started the proect. We have used them before (emergency replacement of a hose bib) based on a recommendation, and this time further reinforced our high opinion.

EJ Plumbing came over today to replace my sink faucet. The team was so amazing! When they called to schedule me, I expected to wait till next week—but they offered me same day service—with morning time slot, meaning that a technician would be arriving within the hour. While waiting-they texted me a tracker-like Uber app-showing me the technician’s locale, along with fun facts and a photo of him. HOW BRILLIANT! Don’t get me started on the politeness of my assigned technician. His name is Luiz Ramirez. He is so knowledgeable and offered some very helpful advise that saved me additional money. He changed out my old bathroom faucet, approaching the task effortlessly. He noticed a pipe that was in bad shape and replaced it. Upon completion he left the bathroom cleaner than before. With the base of the new faucet being slender than the old—he cleaned the build up of crud on the sink so that the outline of dirt caused by the old faucet is gone Truly—please consider EJ Plumbing. And now they offer electrical services too.

Ivan and crew were very professional and skillful. They were open to let us watch while they worked, answered all of our questions about the project and process and explained clearly. They were on time, finished the job on time and were even able to pull in the schedule by 2 days. They provided pictures and a live video of the inside of the sewer line after repair. Lastly, they went above and beyond and cleaned out the sewer line all the way to the street. A great customer experience!

EJ provided the best price quote (final total matched the quote exactly) and installed our new water heater on Monday afternoon. EJ Plumbing has been great in all of our plumbing needs. Our recent request we needed to have two toilets replaced and we were worried about tight timeline before Christmas Eve. Angel came out same day we called to provide an estimate. He went over options thoroughly and ordered the new toilets. To our surprise he was able to get them for the next morning. Angel and the staff at EJ Plumbing were excellent. I was able to get an appointment the next day and he was very helpful with the install of our new sink drain. I had to get the replacement part from the manufacturer so that it would match the other sink in the room. He came back and was quick and clean. Will definitely use them again
